Interference Management by Spectrum Licensees

Spectrum licensees are responsible for managing interference:

  1. between their own devices;
  2. between any co-sited devices;
  3. between devices operating under a private agreement for emission limits at common boundaries of adjacent licences;
  4. between any devices where the receiver performance is below a notional level; and
  5. when the parcel of spectrum is large, in-band interference from the devices of adjacent licences.
